I enclose a cheque with pleasure, to pay for the scheme which has transformed our house.

The Abbey Glass staff were first rate and cleaned up to such a standard that we had very little restoration work to do, apart from reinstatement of curtains and window sill ornaments. No re-decorating has been necessary.

However, the greatest transformation is the improvement in sound insulation, the front facing rooms are silent, when all the windows are closed.

Perhaps the greatest accolade was from our neighbour, who said that she could not see any change from the street. This was precisely the planned objective.
