Just a quick note to say thank you to you and the other fitters for the work carried out on our conservatory roof upgrade.

From the very start and our first contact with Abbey Glass we have been very impressed with the proactive approach shown by your company.

After our first meeting at the showroom we felt immediately assured that yours was the company that was in every way a professional and courteous business always wishing to put the requirements of the customer at the top of the agenda.

The next step was a further meeting on site to establish our requirements not only for the conservatory roof upgrade we were considering but also a requirement for a new front door.  You listened to our requirements and concerns and advised us on some technical aspects in a way that was not only easy to understand but also very informative.

Work started on the day as agreed and installation went very well indeed and if we ever had any issues we felt we could talk to you directly or the fitters on site and the few minor issues we had were sorted very quickly with no quibble or hesitation (customer service to be proud of) this went a long way to confirming we had made the right choice in Abbey & Burton Glass.

The standard workmanship was first class which I recognised straight away given my own 38 years of experience in the construction industry.  The quality of materials used by Abbey & Burton lass was also very high indeed.
