We would like to thank everyone at Abbey Glass for the exceptional service given from our initial enquiry to the final completion of the order. The front door and window combination, retaining the original stained glass within the double glazed units, looks fantastic and far exceeds our expectations.

Our special thanks go to the Sales Advisor, for explaining the options so patiently and providing three quotations, without the pressure sales techniques we have experienced with some national companies. Also for arranging a visit to the factory to approve the repairs to the stained glass before the units were completed.

The glazier, for his skill in extending the oval window from the original door to fit the oblong aperture in the new door. No one would notice where the old finishes and the new starts.

The fitting team, for the care taken in removing the old unit and the attention to detail in fitting the new one, no matter how long it took. Also for thoroughly cleaning up, both inside and out, and removing the debris.

Finally, it was so refreshing not to be asked for a substantial deposit or to be expected to pay in full on the day of completion. To be given a whole week in which to find any problems (there were none) before receiving an invoice, is a testament to the confidence Abbey Glass has in its products and service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey to others, or to return ourselves should we need your products in the future.
