Door and Window Specialists
Abbey Glass and Burton Glass are door and window specialists in Derbyshire and Staffordshire for a wide range of double glazed products.
We are local companies who offer a very high level of quality and service to their many thousands of customers.
Abbey Glass established in 1972 and Burton Glass in 1985 are both the longest established door and window specialists in Derbyshire and Staffordshire, giving peace of mind to any would be purchaser.
This is particularly important when guarantees are being given since so many of our competitors
have failed over the years, leaving guarantees worthless and customers with faulty products that often can not be repaired.
Products are manufactured in our own factory by our team of skilled fabricators and then fitted by our experienced employed installers.
We do not use sub-contractors to fit our products like many of our competitors since this ensures quality control from manufacture through to installation.
This is so important to ensure customers get the quality and service they require and deserve.
We are members of the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation) and Conservatory Association, the leading organizations in their fields. We adhere to their strict codes of practice and exacting technical standards.
The GGF code of ethical practice was prepared in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading.
We also hold the governments Trustmark scheme accreditation which was introduced in 2006 to help customers identify trustworthy, technically competent and financially sound companies.
We were amongst the first door and window specialists to be awarded Trustmark status
The companies are both FENSA registered to ensure that any domestic window and door installations meet the requirements of Building Regulations.
