I sent an e-mail early in January, telling your company that I had a problem with some leaking windows, You put in my double glazing back in 2001. I received a prompt phone call, to make an appointment for your service engineer to call. He came this Monday, 28/01/08. The service engineer, was outstanding. I can only say that you are fortunate in having a service ethos within your company which is outstanding. What a contrast with all the complaints one hears about the double glazing industry- mainly, in fairness, national companies. I'm impressed.
